Can You Come Just *Thinking* About It?
I grew up with mottos like, “What you see is what you get”. “Seeing is believing”. “If you can’t feel it, it isn’t real”.
This kind of thinking means that an orgasm we are having in our head alone isn’t really happening to us, even if it happens to be feeling really amazingly delicious!
This type of rationale goes on a fender-bender when thousands of people start reporting “inner-mind/body” orgasms (which I guess are the opposite of out-of-body experiences, you might say!).
Have you had one, or several? If so, would you be willing to share what yours was like? I shared my experience on this week’s podcast with Dr. Barry Komisaruk, and I’ll give the link below.
You can do so here, in our comments section. We’d love to hear.
Or, if you’re feeling really virtuous, perhaps you’d like to contribute to making the world a better place? Dr. Barry is doing research to help spine-injured patients find new ways to experience orgasm.
He is seeking volunteers who can “think off” and are willing to come to New York to participate in his research study. You can write to him for further information at this address: brk@psychology.rutgers.edu.
What a good cause, more pleasure for people with a serious injury.
Wishing everyone more pleasure. I know you’ll get lots of ideas about how to have more in this fabulous podcast!
